I Richard acted with a number of groups in the Wycombe area before attending Drama Studio London in 2006/07 and found Masque the friendliest. He has appeared in six Masque productions including the leading role of Cardinal Azzolino in "The Abdication" in April 2005. After performing at Shakespeare's Globe and the London fringe in the latter part of 2007 he returned to Masque in "Allo Allo".

Richard reads audio books, enjoys open air Shakespeare and considers Fagin in Masque's "Oliver Twist" in November 2004 one of his favourite character roles
